Masako limbs towards the Hojo Family Archives with the support of his staff. As he enters the dark room, dust swirls all around him as he sorrounds himself with an aura of light.
He finds his desk, puts his staff to the side and takes out a notebook, he found ealier and places it on the desk.
The archive is huge. Long rows of shelves stretches into the darkness. Information from before the first great ninja war has been carefully written down and passed on to future generations.
Masako opens the notebook. The first few pages are nothing but foot notes of minor happenings. As he turns the pages, he stumbles upon something interesting.
"My Sons"
Log Entry, Hojo Kaito.
This is indeed one of the happiest days of my life. My wife just gave birth to my children, my legacy. Not only was it a boy, it was two boys. I have never seen such a beautiful sight in my life. I cannot believe how lucky I am. Never before has there been born twin brothers in our clan, this will indeed go into our history record.
I wonder if this is a sign. The war claimed many victims and many young male Hojos have fallen in combat. This might just be a turning point and one of many ways nature works in order to keep the balance. I am sure they will achieve great things.
I still wonder what we should call them. I think Hayate and Hatake it will be.
