Recently a young rain genin has been seen making a bit of a stir in the pot so to say as he moved through the village giving speeches on how things are going downhill and how the world has begun spinning into turmoil how rain needs to stand up and make itself known and not by creating enemy s but by showing that rain can do something to contribute to the great nations. The young man has been seen in and out of other villages trying to make allies with the other villages as well.
