Gates is a hijutsu that has no rank, however the extent one can open them are based on rank, Genin may open up to the first two, cuhnin the second two and jonin up to the eight, they also require a Dm and Admin vote to learn, and quite usual the dm and admin will watch your rp so asking is futile
Each cellular loss point results in -1 to all rolls, cellular points may be removed through special rp and 5 tokens per point
Opening Gates 1-2 : Rp effect: Strain on body, mild exhaustion
Opening Gates 3-4 : Rp Effect: Body protests the use of unnatural physical actions, Cellular loss +2 points

RP Description: The user gathers chakra to his hands, concentrating it
as much as possible as he or she goes over a serial of hand strikes all over the target’s body. The strike is based off a precise order. There are five strikes that combine the technique. The user must perform each strike as of drawing a four extremity figure. The order of the strikes is as it follows:
The first hit must be a jab of the right hand on the victim’s body.
The second hit must be a strike of the left palm open in the opposed side of the first jab.
The third hit must be a strike of the right palm open in the perpendicular side to the second hit.
The fourth hit must be a jab of the left palm on the opposed side of the third hit.
Finally, the fifth and most important strike is a combined thrust of the two hands, palm open onto the center of the figure the user chose to form with the previous four strikes.
The user will, at this moment, release all of the chakra accumulated at the beginning of the technique. As a result, the four extremities will activate with the aid of the fifth strike; releasing a tremendous amount of power into the victim.

Description: The user moves down into a low stance, begning their knees slightly and focusesing chakra down into their lower leg muscles. Before they leap forwards into the air, and spin around slightly before releasing a quick array of muliple kicks into an oppoent's chest and neck. At one point, it appears like the user is taking the form of a swan as they move through the air. This taijutsu combines grace with speed and fiercness.

RP Description: The user gathers chakra to his hands, concentrating it
as much as possible as he or she goes over a serial of hand strikes all over the target’s body. The strike is based off a precise order. There are five strikes that combine the technique. The user must perform each strike as of drawing a four extremity figure. The order of the strikes is as it follows:
The first hit must be a jab of the right hand on the victim’s body.
The second hit must be a strike of the left palm open in the opposed side of the first jab.
The third hit must be a strike of the right palm open in the perpendicular side to the second hit.
The fourth hit must be a jab of the left palm on the opposed side of the third hit.
Finally, the fifth and most important strike is a combined thrust of the two hands, palm open onto the center of the figure the user chose to form with the previous four strikes.
The user will, at this moment, release all of the chakra accumulated at the beginning of the technique. As a result, the four extremities will activate with the aid of the fifth strike; releasing a tremendous amount of power into the victim.
PVP Effect: Unblockable, if hit, the victim is subject to rank damage + 3d4 damage.]

The user goes thru a series of handsigns finishing with two dragons seals. The user conjures a dragon similar to the means of the element used (the user must have element and B ranked dragon ninjutsu of that element, water requiring a water source, etc.) the dragon then wraps around the user tightly in a ball shape before exploding outwards in all directions damaging enemies within a short distance (up to 5 meters, 10 meter diameter).
PVP: ~AOE~ 3d8+2, up to 3 targets in close proximity (up to 5 meters, 10 meter diameter)
