Clan Jutsu/scrolls:
Basic Tool Summoning(D rank)-After performing some handsigns, they place their hand against the ground. Three kunai rise from the ground.

Caltrop Scroll(D rank)-The ninja unravels a scroll and tosses it on the ground. It puffs into smoke and caltrops appear scattered about the ground. The targets make a spot roll v.s the ninja's set trap. If it fails, the targets get -1d4 to taijutsu rolls for 1d4 rounds. Can effect up to 2 people.
Paper Bomb Summoning(C rank)- After performing some handsigns, they place their hand against the ground. A paper bomb rises from the ground.

Windmill Shuriken Summoning(C rank)-After performing some handsings, they place their hand against the ground. A windmill shuriken rises from the ground.
Adds 1 windmill shuriken to your inventory until you use it…or the end of battle.
Ninja Wire summoning(C rank)-After the user uses the specified hand seals, they slam their hands onto the ground. A Ninja wire is added to the user's inventory until the battle is over, or the tool is used.
Adds 1 ninja wire until you use it....or the end of battle.
Twin Rising Dragons(C rank)- Rising Twin Dragons allows the user to attack their opponent with weapons summoned from two small scrolls carried by the user. When activated the two scrolls release smoke while also flying into the air in the shape of two dragons made of smoke, then the user rapidly throws the weapons as a powerful barrage. If the initial attack were to fail, the user would control the discarded weapons with wires attached to his or her fingertips for a surprise attack. Because the weapons are thrown, they are easily countered by wind techniques.
Wind jutsu gets +2 against it. If it hits, it does 2d8 damage. If the first roll misses, the next round the user can bring the weapons back towards the opponent at no chakra cost..due to wires on their fingers connected to some weapons. If it hits, it does 2d8 damage.
Shuriken Swarm(C rank)-The User un-ravels a scroll, and then sends a swarm of shurikens toward a target. The shurikens seem to glow with chakra as they are imbued to do more damage then the normal shuriken when thrown. These shurikens are also guided by invisible wires attached to the user's fingers, which makes them appear as if they were acting on their own.
Deals 1d8+2 damage, +1 to hit
Metal Mine Bomb(B rank)-Unraveling a scroll, the user sends a metal mine like object at the oponent. If it connects, it does 1d8 damage. If the user blocks it, the bomb on the mine explodes, doing 2d10 damage. If the user dodges or uses jutsu to block..no damage is given. Wind jutsu gets +2 against it.
Imbue Tool Technique(B rank)(9 cp cost)-The user may focus chakra into a tool a few seconds before they are ready to throw. This jutsu is known to put a great strain on the user's body because of the chakra used to imbue the tools. After focusing the chakra, the user may throw the tool for an increased amount of damage.
Adds +1d4 damage to one tool for an attack. Only one tool may be thrown when imbued. This jutsu may only be used twice per battle because of the strain put on the body.
Note: The + to tools also apply.
Dragon Scattering Destruction(A rank)-
This is a stronger version of the Twin Rising Dragons Tenten has only been seen using this once against a clone of herself. These weapons can result to anything, from kunais to tiger blades or even chains. One thing is for sure, the chance of a miss is almost zero.

Ninja Tool: Ultimate Blade Chaos(A rank)(13 cp cost)-The User opens a scroll, sending out a wave of many weapons. These weapons are guided completely by chakra. The weapons fly into the target and cut them severely, after which the Blades once again circle around. The second strike seems to be a bit slower and almost easier for the target to dodge.
Sends out a wave of weapons that deal 2d8 damage, the user can attack a second time with no bonus to tools and a -2 to the roll, the second wave can deal 1d6.
Ninja Tool: Ultimate Throwing Mode(S rank)(20 + 4 cp per round maintained) The User focuses a large quantity of their chakra to their hands and eyes, which allows them to throw weapons at a faster pace and seem to be able to throw with a more precision.
