The Heirokemi: <---- 70 tokens, submitted request, and IC RP, permission from the creator or Dms if the creator is not available
Medium Bloodline.
A dojutsu created and manufactured by Vindel the Missing Ninja. It was a project in making a power that could rival the sharingan that ended in something that only shortly mimiced the dojutsu it was created after. No were near the target strength it still possed a power sufficiant in making any ninjutsu user equally good with genjutsu as long as they could make eye contact. The eye, black with a purple cross-hair pattern, have two modes in which they were created. The activated one which is permanently stuck on, the pupil bright and visable to everyone, or the selectively active one, which the eye is black with a single purple pupil denoting what it is. The eye in all of its success has a terrible side-effect if the body takes it on as a permanently active case... splitting head-aches that rail the mind with pain when they use the dojutsu to perform genjutsu. Those with the activated case dont suffer the pain, but the dojutsu leeches off thier chakra at a more dire rate to compensate. (The appearance shape wise is up to users descression however the color remains the same pure black with purple inside)
Notes:
When being instilled with a freshly created Heirokemi eye, the player rolls 1d20 to determine the initial properties of it. 1-18 is selectively activated, and 19-20 is permanently activated. Once this has been rolled that is the state of the eye no matter how many hosts it goes through.
A Desend does not go through this rolling process till they have there S rank apon the attaining of the S rank Genjutsu it causes them to go into another risk bracket. every 5 uses of the S rank causes them to have to roll to see if the Eye stays active as a sort of 'Glitch' the roll is the same a 1d20 on a 19-20 its perminantly activated. They however do not fall to victum to the pains. The Desend clan users usualy have a stronger Genjutsu than someone implanted with the eye.
Selectively activated: Genin: 5 CP to activate, 3CP to maintain
: Chuunin: 3 CP to activate, 2 CP to maintain
: Jounin: 3 CP to activate, 1 CP to maintain
Permanently Activated: Genin: Drains 3 CP per round in combat if eye is uncovered
: chuunin: Drains 2 CP per round in combat if eye is uncovered
: Jounin: Drains 1 CP per round in combat if eye is uncovered
PVP:
Allows the user to perform Genjutsu with Wisdom
And allows the user to select and use genjutsu from a preset list, approved by the DM team, each dojutsu carries 3 different genjutsu specific to the eye. a C, A, and S rank.
C Rank is open to Genin level
A rank to Chuunin level
S Rank to Jounin level
Aswell the Heirokemi can 'store' a genjutsu used on its owner. This is the only way to use a genjutsu with the Heirokemi is have it stored in a list of who you coppied it from. That is all the Heirokemi can copy and it. You may copy a genjutsu being used on someone else aswell as long as you have the heirokemi activated already.
In your profile you need to keep an active list of genjutsus you have taken and whom you have taken them from.
Using a perma-active dojutsu technique, or genjutsu with the eye causes the user to roll a 1d4, and they take that in -'s to ALL rolls for 1d4 rounds...if they may not use another technique while uner the effects of the -'s. covering the dojutsu does not cancel the -'s. (Desends are exempt from this)
The Heirokemi has a small chance of the user going blind when its activated and one of the three genjutus special to it are activated and this risk is for everyone. You gain blind points and if you accumulate 12(Desend) 10(Implanted) you go blind. They can be removed only by special medical practice and a cost of 5 RP tokens per blind point to be taken off. Once you go blind the heirokemi destroys the eye and makes it impossible to fix that eye back to the heirokemi eye. No blind points accumulated for useing a genjutsu stored in the eye.
C 1d20 on a 20 you get one blind point
A 1d20 on a 19-20 you get two blind points
S 1d20 on a 17-20 you get three blind points
