So you got recruited into sound, huh? Good Job kid, but it isn't all sunshine and candy. Yeah, we're often considered the "Badguys" but orochimaru runs a tight ship. and this ain't no lady Hokage punishment your dealing with. This is Orochimaru. If you wanna stay alive, here's some tips.
1) Rice country is safe. When in doubt, retreat to rice.
((ooc: Sound runs the risk of being permaed Outside of rice. However, unlike before, the dm's won't be making any active hunting parties for the sound shinobi outside of rice. As long as your not doing something stupid, you should be ok...just play it safe.(Exception is in a dm sanctioned event, in which normal rules apply for players)))
2) Hidden sound is forbidden
No guests into hidden sound, unless they are also hidden sound.
((ooc: Anyone in sound is open to perma, if they're not sound shinobi. (Exception is in a dm sanctioned event, in which normal rules apply for players))
3)The villages are off limits. Without orders, don't even go near em.

4) By now your looking at me like..what're we cowards? No. We're just not dumb. Spying...info gathering...even beating up shinobi is all cool if your careful about who and when. If your dumb, it's your own death and you ain't getting no backup.
((ooc: I can't stress this enough. A lot of this is common sense. I want this to be a fun experience, but it's not just about your fun..it's about other players fun too. When choosing sound, your choosing the path of the antagonist...in a mostly protagonist server. It's true...you got at least 8 villages against you. (Grass, Snow,Waterfall,leaf,sand,cloud,mist,rock). If you don't play it smart, your gonna be dead real fast...just by sheer numbers. Dice fighting and power are not gonna get you out of a lot of situations. SO yes...be evil...but be smart about it. ((dunno what those words mean look them up.

5) "So what? I'll never get stronger?" Of course you will Maggot. No we don't hold chunnin exams, but orochimaru upgrades his teams non the less. He uses a typical shinobi ruleset with an addition of a rank above Jounin...the sound four. Only four of them are ever alive at one time...and answer directly to him. Kind of like an elite anbu.
((ooc: Rank Ups will be done with sub events, like many of the other villages are done. After analysis of the event or series of events, it will be voted on by dm's and advancements will be handed out..just like the rest of the villages.))
6) So here's my last bit of advice. Be smart. Be quick. Be strong. Or Orochimaru doesn't want anything to do with you.
