Strength most jutsu are blockable and you deal a good bit more taijutsu damage than normal *nodnods*

If Charisma is going to be upped in importance/power, then I can think of two requests:
1. All cha bonuses should be passive. You can't "Turn on the charm" in the same way that you can for jutsu. The only exception is intimidation, which would incur some penalty for the opponent if they fail. If one suddenly tried to "persuade" their way out of a fight, they'll likely end up with a fist caught in their mouth. 2. Outside of combat, CHA might be used to avoid getting into a dicefight. It shouldn't allow you to persuade anyone to do your bidding though.

The user then covers it with their thumb and snaps at a target. The snap causes a small but fast moving shard of air at the target. The shard can penetrate a normal human body when hit. He or she then blows out and an arrow made of wind is shot from the user’s mouth. The arrow cannot be blocked but it can be dodged. Since it is made out of wind the arrow is hard to see. Name: Fuuton: Teinami (Air Wave) Rank: C Rank Range: Close~Medium (0m~7m) Type: NinJutsu CP: 5 Elemental Affinity: Fuuton (Wind) Effect: The user focuses the wind release within one of their hands, channeling it till the wind vibrates a bit around the forearm in circular motions. With a diagonal slash infront of the user, a invisible wave of Wind cuts through the air in the diagonal line, the wind forming almost as a blade. The wave stretches in 15 meters horizotontally and vertically. On contact with foe, it lashes against them harshly, atleast blowing them back a bit and leaving a few small cuts. Cannot be Blocked, however it can be dodged. PVP: 1d8, and the target is unable to attack for 1d4 rounds. Unblockable
** Earthquake Jutsu Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: S Chakra Cost: 30 RP Description: The user makes a long series of handsigns then jumps into the air spinning, after spinning in the air he/she slowly falls to the ground gaining momentum and at the last second he/she brings his fists out and smashes into the ground creating huge cracks in the earth and tremors across the land. PVP Effect: 5d10 to everyone in the area, unblockable, 3d10 to the user, takes 2 rounds, one to jump into the air, the next to smash into the ground, the user is then stunned for 1d4 rounds after use. But there could be outfits that would give Intimidation bonuses, Like.. A skull mask, A Akatsuki robe... Etc. Also. Fear my almight 10 charisma. xD

Nah CHA would be like this...
(EX: Zabuza... probably a 6-8 cha mod. vs Naruto, Sasuke, and Sakura... all genin.. 1-4 Cha mods, maybe higher. Basically... CHA + 1/2 levels. The other three would be disinclined to fight and most likely walk away unless Kakashi... shows up and shows no fear.)

Reality Check...
Thardo was a powergaming maniac in need of an NWN spell checking app, who chose a bloodline of RDD, and payed only 25 tokens for it, including what he payed to join sound. After that, he spent 25 more on a weapon that could block unblockables.
When I got it, the Zicha stong bloodline cost 80 tokens, and I used 10 on a rebuild.
He's one of the two characters that have beaten chishio. I was 18, He was 23. No tokens for levels on either side.
Conclusion: Tokens don't ensure victory, or I would have won. (what circular reasoning.... I can't believe I'm posting this.)

Also RDD is so broken that thardo had ~160 points of stat raise from RDD
