Past:
Tongs father died when on a mission that went horriblely wrong when Tong was still a young boy... or so his family was told. The details of how have been kept secret from him and his mother. The unfortunate event left Tong and his mother to be there for each other as he grew up with the occasional help from his Uncle, Genja Ezramaku. Later his desire to follow his fathers footsteps took the reigns of his life constantly pestering his mother to let him join the academy against his Uncles objections. In the end he attended the academy and was able to graduate. Now his life is governed by his drive to aid his village and also to not leave a squadmate to die.
In the time following Tong has made several friends in his travels counting amoung them his former squadmate and fellow partner in crime Akykyo Al'akir and Akane Arata. Akykyo has moved up in ranks but the two are still seen training together and eating ramen at Teuchis joking about whatever may have passed them that day.
Tongu and his Father: (most of the following information is sealed by the Elder Council of Sunagakure)
Jehago Erzramaku, father, husband, spy, and "failed" experiment and the cataylst that brought about the transformation of the Ijin Boushi. The final truth about Jehago is he was simply a spy and experiment of Sasori and Orochimaru. When the two were working together for the Akatsuki they planted many spies and some of Orochimarus famed experiments thruout the hidden villages, in order to gather further imformation from the villages. Jehago was no different. Placed back into Sunagakure the genjutsu user was quick on his way to become a very strong and powerful jounin till the day he betrayed his village.
In his time in Sunagakure he had grown up and even taken a wife and had a son Tongu. When it neared the time that he was to report back to Sasori he ventured out on a mission with his squad unknown to them that his plans were to leave Sunagakure and his family behind. Jehago waited for his moment to strike and turned on his once fellow squadmates. In the quick battle that followed he killed all three of them and set in motion things that would rattle the foundation of the Ezramaku clan to the current day. He eventually caught up with Sasori and reported everything he knew to his master that would be of importance, minus two facts. His wife and his son Tongu even though the two Akatsuki members knew of them both.
Many years have passed since that day and as fate would have it Tongu graduated from the Academy a genjutsu user like his father. Though the inevitable happened, during a fight outside of Konohagakure Tongu was injured and taken to a cell in Sound. It was then that Orochimaru discovered the boys powers sealing them away to be tested at a later date and to see how far Tongu would progress. Since then Tongu has had no knowledge of the seal or its purpose till the seal "cracked" letting loose some of his powers twisting his mind for a short time before quickly being sealed away again by Elder Chiyo.
Orochimarus experiments to create a body capable of controlling the Jinchuriki (similar to Yomato) were what spawned the creation that was Jehago, a water and earth element user with an unearthly speed and agility. After letting Tongu develop into a strong shinobi Orochimaru sent out a small group of Sound Nin who unexpectantly found Tongu and Akane Arata. After a heated and quick battle it came down to Tongu being dragged away by the only remaining Sound Nin leaving Akane to slowly make her way back to the village to relay the grim news, Tongu had been captured. After a breif meeting with Orochimaru the hidden seal that had held the Ijin Boushi in check was removed and a chakra draining seal put in its place for Orochimaru to study the effects the newly created bloodline had. Finally things came down to Orochimarus twisted sense of curiousity that lead Tongu and Jehago to face off to the death to see which was stronger, the actual experiment or the bi-product. After a long battle the man that had betrayed his village and his family now lay dead at Tongus feet. Not leaving much more to chance or giving him the time to turn on his captours Kabuto used a medical syringe and put Tongu down the last fading images in Tongs mind was that of his fathers blooded corspe laying on the ground beside him. Not more then a few days later Tongu was bound and sent to another of Orochimarus hideouts and on the way he was rescued by a joint effort between Suna and Konoha when news of the prisioner transport was "leaked". Not many are sure if Tongu was handed back over at the time or if it was a legitimate rescue the only one who could answer that would be Orochimaru himself.

Kasumi Juusha no Jutsu is a Genjutsu technique that creates false attackers to delay and confuse the enemy. Though these servants are not real, the actual ninja is able to remain hidden and throw kunai and shuriken matching the movements of the servants. This makes it appear the false servants are capable of attacking. When the enemy attempts to attack the servant, they will merely disrupt the servants illusion body but not destroy it.
Target is stunned for 1d4 rounds or until hit. Taking damage from Kunai or Shuriken does not break it. Only one Kunai or Shuriken at a time can be thrown.

The user forms several seals and upon completion a coffin raises up out of the ground behind the victim and the lid flips open as the arms of tortured souls reach out ensnaring them dragging them into the coffin slamming the door shut. In the damp, dank, cold of the coffins hold the souls scream and wail tearing at the victim till finally the lid flips open allowing them to escape. The victim suffers as the souls tear at their chakra leaving them drained and frightened with the will to live and reluctance to continue the fight.
Duration: 1d4 rounds of stun, 1d4 cp drain, after released from the Genjutsu the victim suffers a -2 to rolls for an additional 1d4 rounds.

If a Shinobi is near the caster of the Jutsu, and in the Jutsu' path, they will find it difficult to breath due to the massive gusts of wind. Prolonged exposure of this upclose effect can be lethal, causing death due to suffocation.

The dragon can shoot larger, more deadly versions of Minawana no Jutsu from its mouth. (At the risk of his own life if he uses it for an extended period of time). The user of the Jutsu is placed inside of the dragon's center, rendering complete control over the jutsu with the motions of their arms, legs, as well as chakra flow.
Upon the dispell of this Jutsu via the creators will, the jutsu explodes, sending a huge current of wind in a 360 degree radius. If one isn't careful, they can be carried by the wind to a distance of up to 30m.

Pvp Description: The user hides automatically and is undetectable by normal means(Regular spots and listens). Things that see chakra(Byuakugan, Sharingan) and other work arounds (such as inuzuke scent) can still find the target useing a sussfull check v.s hide. The user can stay hidden this way for 1d6 rounds. When the user emerges and wishes to make a sneak attack, it's a move silently+10 v.s listen.

This Jutsu takes three rounds to complete due to the massive amount of chakra required to preform as well as the magnitude of the attack. The user is unable to preform additional jutsu or techniques during this time in order to focus on the chakra maniplution. The user is able to block, dodge, or susbitute incoming attacks.
Round 1: The user sends a massive shockwave of chakra into the ground at their feet directing a Tsunami size wave of earth to begin rolling in toward the user.
Round 2: The user continues to focus his chakra calling the earth towards him and his position. At this time the user can opt to send additional chakra into the ground to create spheres around him/her and allies if he so chooses. Each sphere drains the user another 3CP past the first amount of chakra. (ie. if the user wishes to sheild himself and 2 other allies from harm of the jutsu the CP cost now at the second round is 20+3+3+3 = 29 cp total, the user and 4 allies 20+3+3+3+3+3= 35, and so on.)
Round 3: While inside the sphere the user must concentrate on the incoming wave as it crashes down on the area, at this point the user shifts his concentration on the sphere pushing them to the surface to safely extract himself and his allies from the now added layer of sand, dirt, and rock.

After letting Tongu develop into a strong shinobi Orochimaru sent out a small group of Sound Nin who unexpectantly found Tongu and Akane Arata. After a heated and quick battle it came down to Tongu being dragged away by the only remaining Sound Nin leaving Akane to slowly make her way back to the village to relay the grim news, Tongu had been captured. After a breif meeting with Orochimaru the hidden seal that had held the Ijin Boushi in check was removed and a chakra draining seal put in its place for Orochimaru to study the effects the newly created bloodline had. Finally things came down to Orochimarus twisted sense of curiousity that lead Tongu and Jehago to face off to the death to see which was stronger, the actual experiment or the bi-product. After a long battle the man that had betrayed his village and his family now lay dead at Tongus feet. Not leaving much more to chance or giving him the time to turn on his captours Kabuto used a medical syringe and put Tongu down the last fading images in Tongs mind was that of his fathers blooded corspe laying on the ground beside him. Not more then a few days later Tongu was bound and sent to another of Orochimarus hideouts and on the way he was rescued by a joint effort between Suna and Konoha when news of the prisioner transport was "leaked". Not many are sure if Tongu was handed back over at the time or if it was a legitimate rescue the only one who could answer that would be Orochimaru himself.

Kasumi Juusha no Jutsu is a Genjutsu technique that creates false attackers to delay and confuse the enemy. Though these servants are not real, the actual ninja is able to remain hidden and throw kunai and shuriken matching the movements of the servants. This makes it appear the false servants are capable of attacking. When the enemy attempts to attack the servant, they will merely disrupt the servants illusion body but not destroy it.
Target is stunned for 1d4 rounds or until hit. Taking damage from Kunai or Shuriken does not break it. Only one Kunai or Shuriken at a time can be thrown.

The user forms several seals and upon completion a coffin raises up out of the ground behind the victim and the lid flips open as the arms of tortured souls reach out ensnaring them dragging them into the coffin slamming the door shut. In the damp, dank, cold of the coffins hold the souls scream and wail tearing at the victim till finally the lid flips open allowing them to escape. The victim suffers as the souls tear at their chakra leaving them drained and frightened with the will to live and reluctance to continue the fight.
Duration: 1d4 rounds of stun, 1d4 cp drain, after released from the Genjutsu the victim suffers a -2 to rolls for an additional 1d4 rounds.

Description: The shinobi forms the required handseals (10) then focuses his chakra in his lungs. Inhaling deeply, the shinobi holds the air in his lungs, while the chakra amplifies it. Placing one hand on his chest, and the other to cup his lips, he exhales sharply, expelling a large blast of wind in a cone effect.
If a Shinobi is near the caster of the Jutsu, and in the Jutsu' path, they will find it difficult to breath due to the massive gusts of wind. Prolonged exposure of this upclose effect can be lethal, causing death due to suffocation.
The field is weakest at the outter edges, roughly around 15m or farther away.
This Jutsu requires a substantial amount of chakra for Genin Renzen to use properly.

Description: Creates a dragon formed from wind. The dragon looks like a large serpent, a traditional Chinese dragon that is twenty feet long. The dragon has a red mane and the rest of his body borders light blue. The color is not distinct because the wind manipulates it from its color to transparency. The dragon can shoot larger, more deadly versions of Minawana no Jutsu from its mouth. (At the risk of his own life if he uses it for an extended period of time). The user of the Jutsu is placed inside of the dragon's center, rendering complete control over the jutsu with the motions of their arms, legs, as well as chakra flow.
Upon the dispell of this Jutsu via the creators will, the jutsu explodes, sending a huge current of wind in a 360 degree radius. If one isn't careful, they can be carried by the wind to a distance of up to 30m.

Things that see chakra(Byuakugan, Sharingan) and other work arounds (such as inuzuke scent) can still find the target useing a sussfull check v.s hide. This Jutsu takes three rounds to complete due to the massive amount of chakra required to preform as well as the magnitude of the attack. The user is unable to preform additional jutsu or techniques during this time in order to focus on the chakra maniplution. The user is able to block, dodge, or susbitute incoming attacks.
Round 1: The user sends a massive shockwave of chakra into the ground at their feet directing a Tsunami size wave of earth to begin rolling in toward the user.
Round 2: The user continues to focus his chakra calling the earth towards him and his position. At this time the user can opt to send additional chakra into the ground to create spheres around him/her and allies if he so chooses. Each sphere drains the user another 3CP past the first amount of chakra. (ie. if the user wishes to sheild himself and 2 other allies from harm of the jutsu the CP cost now at the second round is 20+3+3+3 = 29 cp total, the user and 4 allies 20+3+3+3+3+3= 35, and so on.)
Round 3: While inside the sphere the user must concentrate on the incoming wave as it crashes down on the area, at this point the user shifts his concentration on the sphere pushing them to the surface to safely extract himself and his allies from the now added layer of sand, dirt, and rock.
