~The Survival Check~
as its obvious, you will have the possibility to die one time, and do not let the CON mod be wasted... give it a purpose.
So in a fight, and the user gets winded beneath the count of zero, and moves onto the survival zone..
He will be faced with a DC
Example this:
"Joe fights pain! and pain pulls off an S rank, from 50 hp, poor joe winds up at -17 and is now by right, having the chance to roll for survival."
Rolling the dice, with his con of 10, he gets 10 on the roll, and has a total of 20, surviving he does, but as bad in shape that he is, he should have a risk of being hospitalised for IRL days.
10- 1d4, -20 1d6, 30- 1d8. 40- 1d10
So joe got 20 on his roll, and now survived, having to roll a 1d6, and winds up with 4, thus meaning, for 4 days IRL he's in the hospital.

Well, I think it's all well and good, I get permad under -10 hp anyways. However, all of you who fail this roll will die horrible IC deaths, and lose your chars to a stray crit

The point is, people put ALOT of time and effort into these characters... seeing them die, will sting pretty much in reality... and i would atleast want to see the rules BENT a little in our favor...
So if its possible, dms work something out in similarity to this system...

You dont get my point kankuro, however as to stupified genins reckless acting above their skill, they would have low con, thus still not a problem to the charts... they would most likely wind up dead. Stop overkilling stuff let it pass a dm vote, already talked to josh about it.

You'll learn from the first -time- i'm pretty much sure, and a char dying, i assure you.. nobody would bother to waste all that time on a new one, (few might.. but in the majority of people)

It's mostly Kinjutsu. Hijutsu belong to a village or clan, but are not banned. There are two reasons for something to be deemed Kinjutsu. It's hazardous to the users health consistently(Like Mass shadow clone is), or breaks the laws of nature (Like Impure World Ressurection) Like Mass Kage bunshin is Konohagakura Kinjutsu. It'll kill the average user to split their chakra for 100 clones Also. No. Just no, that's all we need. People are going to just say 'screw the rules' and not even look at these most of the time rather then have their character killed from chronic low rolls. People should have their characters roleplayed realistically. I'm all for a 'your dead' Cutoff, but this punishes people who didn't put a lot into constitution and those who roll poorly. "Death, the only immortal who treats us all alike, whose pity and whose peace and whose refuge are for all - the soiled and the pure, the rich and the poor, the loved and the unloved. " -Mark Twain

well... the only way I see this being fair is if missing nin got this to.... but honestly a non-stupid missing nin is hard enough to get rid of on this server I would prefer some amount of finality to death (which still isn't much seeing as how we have a few zombies on this server already...)

People who go missing know the risk involved. So when they die, I really have little sympathy for their lost char. I don't think anyone has ever been forced to go missing. Everyone who is missing is missing of their own will.
As for Con, Con
1) Decides Hp 2) Decides CP 3) Is used to wake up from a KO state 4) Is used to resist certain jutsu

As to constitution is STAMINA. It means how much you can endure. This system says that, a genin reaching -10 dies, the same going for jin, even if he has like, +++++++ more hp than him. Stiiiilll a survival check would me smexeh
