i have to be on kellys side this one time, unless you have been busted out before you get thrown into jail (like beaing arested and siting in a cell in the konoha police stasion) or there is a OMG BIG BBQ EVENT, you dont bust out of jail, neather are you let out, if you are a rouge shinobi you eather are there for life or you are siting in death roll bud, only two things that happen to missing nin in the end

question/suggestion thing, if its alright. read this and thought "Itd be a waste of talent to keep a ninja locked up like that. why not place a curse seal or something on them, like the hyuuga do, and force them to work for the village?" course, IF such was ever considered, the markee would never be able to rise in rank or go on missions higher than B at most.and, wouldnt be allowed a genin squad, not allowed to leave the village unless on mission, and many other rights taken away and such. just an idea.

No honestly you got off easy. Most Missing Nin are killed on the spot and I was going to with Tongu but was asked to lay off her.
She left the village there is no "im sorry will you take me back I won't do it again" option. She rots in an Anbu jail. Should have thought about that before making her go missing.

actually I could name a LOT of people that should be dead for what they've done and they have been allowed back in their former villages or recruited by other villages.
So whatever this is about, your bubble doesn't really get to some of the people here that have been around for ages to see how things are handled ;D
still, no idea what Sakora did nor do I want to know.
