Since i know alot of you are bored lately with events so i have a few ideas that you can do as like mini games. I cant assure you will be given rp tokens for doing these but it may re leave some of this pressure.
So Im going to post missions as per there rank.
As i make more ill post them.
Squad Training Lessons
Mission Title: The Kakashi Challenge
Rank: Training
Description: The usual, Get the bell this time its with a twist, THere is only one and there can be only one victor!
Requirements: A special jounin or higher to do the training session
How to play: A special jounin among your group must have the bell
The jounin can choose to set the following traps 2 times and the dc is according to the trap
Pitfall trap(2).
Description: Holds the genin (unless they have wall walking) till they make a str check DC 18
Dc of the trap to spot it 35-50 (Jounins choice)
Snare trap(2).
Description:Holds the genin till someone can cut them loose.
Dc of the trap to spot it 40-55 (Jounins choice)
Kunai trap!(2).
Description: Kunais fly out pinning the genin to a nearby solid object!
Dc of the trap to spot it 30-50 (Jounins choice)
Obvious clone trap!(2).
Description: The jounin is obviously not there but there is a clone of him standing there. Jumping at him results in a net being wrapped around them Till they are cut down by someone else.
Dc of the trap to spot it 20-50 (Jounins choice)
All the while this is happening you the jounin may be adding in (Harmless) attacks here and there.
Be creative as the jounin
Mission Title: The Maito Gai Challenge!
Rank: Training
Description: The usual, Get the bell this time its with a twist, THere is only one and there can be only one victor!
Requirements: 3 or more competitors and a special jounin or higher to judge.
How to play:The judge must pick which order the 5 events go in.
Each even will have 3 point winning places
1st place- 5 points
2nd place- 3 points
3rd place- 1 point
Event: Pushups!
Its a pushup contest! roll a 1d20!
1-5= 4 pushup!
6-10 = 6 pushups
11-16=8 pushups
17-19=10 pushups
20= 15! pushups!
First person to 100 wins. Dont go faster than anyone make sure you roll at the same time.
Event: run laps! Roll a dex check! First to reach 30 laps wins!
1-5= 1 lap
6-10= 2 laps
11-15= 3 laps
16-20= 4 laps
21+ = 5 laps
Event: Boulder smash!
Smashing a boulder!? You have three boulders to smash! hit each one! Go go go!
Each boulder requires a strength check each boulder has 30 health
1-5= 3dmg
6-10= 8DMG
11-15= 12DMG
16-20= 24DMG
21+ = Auto destroyed.
Event: Endure the freezing water the longest!
Get in hte water go go go!
To stay in the water make a con check...
The dc to stay in is equal to the times you have rolled
First roll dc is 1
Seccond roll dc is 2
Third roll dc is 3
So on so forth untill you dont beat the dc and must flee from the water
Event: Mighty gai poses!
Thats right add some shimmer to it!
Simple enough a 4 round might guy pose off!
High Charisma rolls and a good description will get you first place in this one!

Mission Title: CATCH THAT CAT!
Rank: D
Description: A local royal has asked that you find and return her cat.
Requirements: A special jounin or higher to play the part of the cat
How to play: A special jounin among your group must play the part of the cat. THey pick a place to hide and the squad must try to find them when they say they are ready. (Its best that this is not done in party)
Details of the mission as per what kind of cat are up to the special jounin or jounin
Be creative as the jounin
Cats Stats: (Just roll a d20 to use one of these)
Con(Smell):26
Listen:28
Spot28
To mask scent/trail: 32
STR: 8+
Dex: 10+
Con: 4+
Wis:+10
Int: +6
Cha: +11
Once they are found they may choose to escape in some comical way doing at most 1d4-2 (Min 0) dmg with the claws
Mission Title: Ramen Transport!
Rank: D
Description: You need to go and get ramen from a nearby area! (The jounin picks)
Requirements: A special jounin or higher to play the hazards!
How to play: The squad must move slow and let the jounin do his job
In each area the jounin gets to roll a 1d6 (Or make something up)
This is rolling on the hazard scale
IF you make something up it can do no more than 1d10 dmg to each person and that is an unlikely event ^^
1- No danger in this area
2-Can do up to 1d4-2 dmg but can be anoying to get out of
3-a stun of some kind to prolong there passing
4- there is a chance one of the things of ramen is put in danger
5-can do up to 1d6 dmg
6- Something that can do up to 1d10 dmg (Be creative(Or a low level thug))

Mission Title: Escort Mission
Rank: C
Description: A civilian has asked for aid for being escorted to (An area of the jounins choice) and is unsure how dangerous it will be.
Requirements: A special jounin or higher to play the events.
How to play:
The mission will bring you threw areas inhabited by bandits.
if the jounin wants a chance of there being shinobi along the way he may roll a 1d4 on a 4 they may include up to two enemy shinobi.
Here are some stats for bandits. You dont -have- to use these its just a base.

Description: A Police Officer is filled with work and asks a squad for help. Some local gang have been harassing civilians and stealing them money. Many people complained but the Police Department had no proofs until this day. The officer asks the squad to go to determined locations and act as civilians and wander around thoses locations to gather information about the gang.
How to play: The Special Jounin among the group must play the gangters. That person chooses which locations the Officer talks about and they have to roll a d10 for each time a disguised squad member listens for information.
1 = They get caught while trying to gather information and it becomes a fight.
2 = They get caught while trying to gather information and it becomes a fight.
3 = They roll a d20 with dc 15 for discretion because the member is acting really suspiciously.
4 = Hide Check from Player V.S. Spot Check from Bandit.
5 = The Player almost gets caught and if he/she gets another 5 next time, that person enters a battle with the bandit.
6 = The player hears all of the information necessary.
7 =The player hears half of what he/she's supposed to listen
8 = The Player hears a biiig part of what is supposed to be heard but misses a part of the rest.
9 = Some other bandit notices the Player spying and has an attack of opportunity (Sneak Attack). And the fight starts with all the bandits surrounding the player.
10 = The Player manages to get information without the Bandit noticing a thing.
