Sharingan
PVP Rules
Genin: 1 tomo Crit Range: 19-20, +2 to attack/Defense
Chuunin: 2 tomo, +3 to attack/ Defense +1 stat mod to WIS/DEX, Crit Range 18-20
Jounin: 3 tomo, +4 to Attack/Defense +2 Stat mod to Wis/Dex, Crit Range 17-20, Glare
CP Costs
Genin: 5 CP, and 3CP per round to keep it active
Chuunin: 3 CP, and 2 CP per round to keep it active
Jounin: 2 CP, and then 1 CP per round to keep it active.
Fast Sight
Can see high speed movements with greater ease varying on the power and mastry of thier Sharingan.
Genin: +5 to spot
Chuunin: +10 to spot
Jounin: +15 to spot
Glare
When the Sharingan user has three tomo they can perform a Sharingan specific genjutsu. Requiring eye contact and using
wisdom for the roll. Damage is 1d20, Stuns for 1 round and costs 8 CP.
Sharingan Technique Mimicry
When Using the tech they can do one of three things; Copy, memorize, or Nullify
Memorize
Genin: Can copy D, and C rank ninjutsu, genjutsu, or stance based taijutsu (IE: Konoha Senpu ect ect, but not chakra molding techs like Chakra focus legs and such)
Chuunin: Can copy D, C, and B rank ninjutsu, genjutsu, or stance based taijutsu (IE: Konoha Senpu ect ect, but not chakra molding and such)
Jounin: Can copy D, C, B, A rank ninjutsu, genjutsu, or stance based taijutsu (IE: Konoha Senpu ect ect, but not chakra molding and such)
Memorizing takes chakra equal 1/2 the cost to the jutsu used.
Copy
Uses the jutsu the target is using in defense as long as it is not a clan tech/jutsu above their level making the defense roll instead damage vs damage... the loser takes the difference. -4 DC to learn it for 3 days. Bonus fades if it isnt learned in the time period.
Nullify
(genjutsu only)
The target's genjutsu is nullified as the user peirces through it with Sharingan's ability to see through chakra.
It costs 3 CP to nullify. Visual dojutsu genjutsu cannot be nullified, but they get +4 to rolls in defense against visual dojutsu when using the nullify option.
Mangekyou Sharingan
+5 to attack/defense, +3 dex/wis
Crit Range: 16-20
costs 5 CP to activate, and then 3CP each round active.
Each deactivation of the Mangekyou causes 2d4 hp damage in pain. After 5 blind points (see below) your eyes will start to bleed at the deactivation.
Mangekyou Sharingan user's can unlock 3 user specific jutsu using the eye. they are powerful moves. The moves must be submitted and approved by the dm team, but not all 3 moves need to be submitted at the same time. However, only 3 will be accepted, and there's no "Take backs".
Using a mangekyou jutsu costs 13 CP.
Mangekyou can still mimic jutsu as three tomo can.
Mangekyou adds +20 to spot.
Mangekyou gives +6 v.s dojutsu genjutsu.
Blindness system:
The Mangekyou causes the user to go blind. You gain blind points and if you accumulate 15 you go blind. They can be removed only by special medical practice and a cost of 5 RP tokens per blind point to be taken off. Once you go blind, there is no repairing it.
Activation of Mangekyou: 1 blind point
Mangekyou Specific jutsu: 3 blind points.
5 blind points= Eyes bleed on deactivation. (rp effect)
10 blind points= -2 to all rolls, except when mangekyou is on. Hard of seeing(rp effect)
15 blind points= total blindness. No repairing it. -4 to all rolls forever.

The sharringan can copy jutsus not of the Sharingan User's element. However, casting jutsus that aren't of your element, cost more cp:
Genin: rank D +3 C rank+4 B rank + 5 A rank +6 S rank +9
Chunin: rank D +2 C rank+3 B rank + 4 A rank +5 S rank +8
Jounin: rank D +1 C rank+2 B rank + 3 A rank +4 S rank +5

Kyouten Chiten
Mirror Heaven and Earth Change
Kyouten Chiten is a Genjutsu technique unique to the Uchiha bloodline Sharingan holders. Using the copy and counter functions of the Sharingan eye, the Uchiha clan member can stop the sensory spell cast on their body and reverse it back on their opponent.
Done in defense. Must have Sharingan activated. Wis v.s casted genjutsu. With a Sucess, the genjutsu is flipped around onto the original caster. The original caster makes a save of a DC natural 17, no mod..or the genjutsu takes effect on themselves.
Cost: 5 cp
